Lomanco, Inc. is seeking a full-time Freight Specialist / Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Jacksonville, AR plant. This position involves a mix of freight invoice reconciliation, customer service, product return processing, and select accounting functions.  This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

• Process weekly freight invoicing through ERP system
• Work directly with the A/R Clerk to resolve overlapping issues
• Handle and resolve freight OS&D (Overages, Shortages, and Damages) issues
• Process and document customer returns
• Investigate and troubleshoot freight discrepancies on deliveries and billing
• Resolve freight related customer service issues

Experience, Skills, and Background:

•  Previous accounting or billing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Possess the ability to stay on task while applying time management skills
• Experience in freight processes and OS&D processes desired
• Ability to work independently and multitask under pressure
